Medical equipment distributor in Hoffman Estates is looking for a PART-TIME Bookkeeper to join the team (In Office Required). This role requires someone well versed in QuickBooks Enterprise (desktop). Must have recent experience (within 6 months) and at least 3+ years of working experience using the program. QBs certification is preferred.
This position is In-Office with 20-30 per week required.
- Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
- Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
- Human Resources
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely processing of payroll and sales taxes
- Reconciling accounts
- Administrative tasks
- Bachelor Degree
- 3-5+ years of Bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks Enterprise REQUIRED
- Independent and a self-starter attitude
- Strong attention to detail, reliable and trustworthy
- Ability to be flexible on schedule / hours.
