Customer Service Representative

- Address customer concerns and orders based on component availability, machine capacity, and purchasing agreements.
- Provide customer support to ensure that customers’ needs are met.
- Respond quickly in resolving shipping issues.
- Communicate with customers over the phone and/or via e-email.
- Verify and maintain records, such as advanced shipping notices, using an electronic data interchange system.
- Work closely with Production Control personnel to obtain data and identify shipping issues.
- Follow standard work instructions.
- 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Manufacturing environment experience preferred
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
