Job Description

Customer Service Representative $17-23, 7am-330pm

Our client is a local company established in the 80's and has since expanded its operations globally. Due to an increased demand for their products, we are currently searching for a qualified candidate for their open Customer Service Representative.  This is a temp to hire opportunity, Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm.

Duties include:

  • Establish and maintain positive and ethical relations with customers and vendors
  • Process transactions related to procurement, order, processing, inventory management, initial production scheduling, costing, and pricing in a timely and accurate manner
  • Enter Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Work Order immediately to reflect and record real-world events
  • Requisition materials and services as needed to support operations; ensure costs are competitive, fair, and support overall goals

 

Requirements include:

 

  • Associates degree from an accredited college or 1-3 years of related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in MAS500 or similar ERP System
  • Ability to write reports, business response to managers, clients, customers, etc.,
