Customer Service (Call Center) - TEMPORARY POSITION ONLY

We are seeking multiple Customer Service/Call Center Associates to assist during a busy season. You must have prior experience in a Customer Service environment, the ability to articulate, input customer information/order information and provide exceptional assistance in order processing.
Requires strong data entry skills, working with Client from order entry to delivery (Inside Sales experience is a plus!)
The position is targeted to start end of September through the end of the year. Prior experience with a CRM is required (preferably SalesForce).
Work schedule for this position is Monday-Friday; 9:30am-6:00pm; and has a training period of 3 weeks and mandatory attendance in required (No exceptions).
- Excellent communication skills
- Data Entry Experience (Required)
- Order Entry and Order Processing (Required)
- 3-6 years Customer Service Experience (No RETAIL)
- Ability to follow through and multi-task
- CRM - SalesForce (preferred)
- Bilingual (a Plus)
