Growing professional services organization near Rolling Meadows is looking for a temporary Administrative Assistant for a 2-3 month contract due to a leave of absence.
Duties and skills needed:
- Intermediate Word and Excel experience (will administer testing)
- Experience with a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), like Salesforce or NetSuite
- Search database (CRM) for customer data/lists
- Support department meeting coordination
- Prepare and proof department newsletter and blog feed
- Monitor department email/inbox to respond to or escalate issues as needed.
- Various other duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of office administration experience
- 1+ year of experience with a CRM system (like Salesforce or NetSuite)
- Strong Word and Excel proficiency
- Reliable and dependable, team player attitude, able to work independently with minimal supervision (self-starter)
